When booking an appointment at Posh Beauty Bar you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Payments of Service(s)
The following are all acceptable methods of payment.
Visa Debit/Credit Card
Our terms are receipt of deposit prior to commencing service(s).
Please see below section regarding booking fees.
Posh Beauty Bar is a prepaid salon. As we are a busy salon generally booked ‘back to back’.. we do require a booking fee to secure your appointment. If your deposit is not received prior to your appointment, we will not tentatively hold the booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total on the day of service.
All booking fees are STRICTLY non-refundable.
We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.
Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
Refunds of Service(s)
Posh Beauty Bar does not refund any service(s). Once you have secured a deposit in full you are committing to your appointment and the procedure. No refunds shall be offered for change of mind, where a service(s) is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. You are paying for artists time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be granted for services rendered. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and to allow us to make any necessary corrections. Client satisfaction is of uptmost importance to us, complimentary touch ups are provided within the 24 hour period. Any concerns addressed after 24 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
Child Safety Policy / Guests
As much as we adore children, we hope you can understand that we can not assure their safety in our salon. We also do not want to compromise the quality of your service or any other paid client's experience. We ask that you attend your appointment alone.
We limit our treatment area for the client and staff only. If you do require to bring a guest with you to the appointment, they are more welcome to wait in our waiting room until the duration of your appointment is completed.
Gift Cards / Gift Certificates
Gift cards are to be used within 1 (one) year from the purchase date unless stated otherwise. Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Rescheduling of MICROBLADING must be made minimum 14 business days prior.
Failure to reschedule your appointment within the time policies mentioned above at Posh Beauty Bar will result in your appointment & booking fee being forfeited. Rescheduling of other services must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment.
We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. To best utilise appointment times for all clients we need at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Booking fees are STRICTLY non-refundable.
“No Shows” will result in loss of deposit and will not be rescheduled for future services until the service has been paid for in full.
We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent out to you 2 days prior to your appointment. We ask that you reply ‘Yes’ to confirm your appointment.
Posh Beauty Bar reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.
Running Late To Your Appointment
We request that all clients come at least 10-15 minutes prior to their cosmetic tattoo appointment or 5 minutes to any lash or spray tan appointment.
If you are running late, please do let us know and we will do everything we can to try and accomodate, however, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late as we are always booked back-to-back and cannot compromise our next clients appointment. Being over 15 mins late will result in losing your booking fee.
Please allow yourself time for parking and possibilities of traffic at peak times.
